Please Note: Refunds are not available for the following situations:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Decision: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Fees and Costs

  • Refund Processing: There are no additional fees or costs associated with processing a refund.

  • Currency Exchange Fees: If your purchase was made in a currency other than USD, please note that currency exchange rates and fees applied by your bank or payment provider may result in a variation in the refund amount. We are not responsible for any discrepancies due to currency exchange rates or fees.
